Help build a practice that understands the people behind the professions.
Help build care that understands service
FRC Canada provides virtual counselling to eligible clients in Ontario, supporting first responders, helping professionals and their families. We welcome expressions of interest from clinicians who want to contribute to that work.
Clinical opportunities
We are interested in respectful, evidence-informed practice, sound professional judgment and a willingness to understand the contexts in which clients serve and live.
Interest in operational stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, relationships or family support can be relevant. Scope of practice, supervision, registration, training, insurance and service location will be reviewed before any engagement is agreed.

Please do not include identifiable client information, clinical case files or copies of personal identity documents in an initial email.
An expression of interest does not constitute an offer of employment or a contractor agreement. Roles, terms and clinical requirements will be discussed individually.
Virtual practice and professional arrangements
Our practice offers virtual care. Clinicians need a private setting, appropriate technology and sound judgment about the suitability of virtual treatment. Experience with helping professions is valued alongside verified clinical competence.
Clinicians will be engaged as independent contractors. Professional arrangements will address clinical independence, compensation and administrative services, scheduling, privacy and recordkeeping, liability insurance, consultation and continuity of care. Terms will be discussed individually.
